Terms of Service

1. Who can use Megasauce

You must be at least 13 years old to use Megasauce. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using Megasauce, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't share your credentials or let someone else use your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

3. Your content and your rights

Anything you post — sauce, comments, reactions, saves, receipts, your profile details — is "your content", and you own it. We don't claim ownership of what you create.

To actually run the app, we need your permission to use it. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting Megasauce (for example, showing your sauce in feeds, on your profile, on leaderboards, and in share cards). This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except for copies we're required to keep by law or that others have already saved or shared.

4. Acceptable use

Megasauce is a community. Keep it usable for everyone. Don't:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or target other people.
• Post dangerous advice — anything encouraging self-harm, disordered eating, unsafe substance use, or physical harm to yourself or others.
• Rate, score, or rank people's appearance. That's not what this app is for.
• Spam, scam, post misleading get-rich schemes, or run bots and fake engagement.
• Post illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or others' private information.
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property or impersonate another person.
• Try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its security.

5. Moderation, reports, and enforcement

You can report content that breaks these Terms, and we appreciate it. We may review, remove, or restrict any content, and we may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms — with or without notice, at our discretion. We don't pre-screen everything people post, and we're not responsible for content created by users, but we reserve the right to act on it.

6. Tips are not professional advice

This one matters. Sauce on Megasauce is community and AI-generated content, not professional advice. Tips, "Ask the Sauce" results, and receipts reflect the opinions and experiences of users and an AI model — they can be wrong, outdated, or just not right for you.

Nothing on Megasauce is medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or professional advice. Before you act on health, fitness, nutrition, money, or any decision that could affect your wellbeing, talk to a qualified professional. AI-generated content in particular may contain errors and should not be relied on as fact. You run sauce at your own risk.

7. Service "as is"

Megasauce is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee the app will always be available, accurate, or error-free. To the extent the law permits, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You can stop using Megasauce and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or safety reasons. Some sections — like content licensing for already-shared posts, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive after your account ends.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Megasauce evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the app. If you keep using Megasauce after changes take effect, you're agreeing to the updated Terms.
